The conference fee covers provision of refreshments during breaks (including tea, coffee, water and some snacks) and two lunches (on the Wednesday and Thursday).

220 volts/50Hz. Plugs are 2 pronged and rounded, bring an adapter for your phone, tablet, laptop, etc. Mainland Europe’s plugs are mostly the same except for the UK's which are 3 pronged and flat.

The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentations must be delivered in English.
No. The conference fee does not include the Conference Dinner. More information about the Social Programme, including booking a seat at the Gala Dinner will be provided to registered delegates in due course. When the booking links are live, early booking is recommended.
Yes, the conference is being held in the centre of Bologna. The University of Bologna is our host this year and different elements of the programme will take place across four university buildings: Department of Education, Department of Economics, Aula Magna Santa Lucia and Complesso Belmeloro.
Yes, all attendees, whether presenting or not, are required to pay the conference fees. If you book before 9th June, you will benefit from Early Bird Booking rates and some people may be able to access student discounts or EECERA member discount. Everyone entering Italy must have a valid passport, or in the case of European Union Member States, a national identity card. Visas are required for some countries. Unfortunately not - all presenters must attend the conference and present in person.
